This work focuses on developing presence when meeting pressure, finding embodied clarity in decision-making, and the ability to lead with rather than over.

It may take the form of leadership coaching, leadership programmes, or facilitated leadership retreats.

Individual Leaders

Alongside organisational work, I also support individual leaders navigating moments of transition, responsibility, and growth.

This often includes founders or leaders stepping into greater leadership responsibility who want to integrate effectiveness with heart: bringing together qualities that are often held apart in leadership.
